We can save you time and money.

Unlike traditional practices, we intentionally see fewer patients daily to ensure you have ample time with the doctor. Our schedule is designed to minimize your waiting time, allowing you to return to work, your family, and your life as soon as possible.

We are in-network with most private insurance plans, including BlueCross and United, as well as Medicare, but we also give you the option of fully transparent, upfront self-pay prices.

How Self-Pay Works

Our direct care model offers the benefit of no hidden fees so that you always know what to expect. This also allows us to provide high-quality, personalized care without the constraints and complications of insurance processes. Patients benefit from straightforward, transparent pricing and direct access to our services. Here’s how it works:

  • For example, a Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT) laser procedure costs $245 with us. At outside clinics, an additional facility fee of $100–$300 is typically required to gain access to the equipment. This can significantly increase the overall cost.
  • Follow-up medical or glaucoma exams range from $95 to $185 total with us. This is often lower than what patients may pay using private insurance. We can also provide a superbill which you may submit to their insurance, if desired. This can often be applied to these deductible costs.

If you are already paying cash for your medical care—i.e. with high-deductible insurance plans, self-funded plans, health-sharing plans, or you have no insurance—then our upfront and transparent pricing lets you know the “all-in, all-done” price before you receive care. This eliminates the stress and cost of surprise bills that arrive after treatment.
